Trail 30, or the Pere Marquette State trail is an east/west route that runs parallel (and along) highway 10. Because of its close proximity, and straightforward layout, this trail has plenty of access to amenities such as fuel and food, so with a little forethought you can have a pretty carefree ride, however you'll want to make sure that you check the weather and trail reports before you take off, as the asphalt won't always hold a snowpack.

Either way this trail runs through plenty of towns, and like its intersecting partner, it has plenty of access to amenities.
